• You will operate wheel loaders, excavators and Manitou machines to move demolition waste and building materials around the site
• You prepare mineral building materials such as concrete, bricks, sand-lime bricks and tiles from demolition projects for recycling
• Following induction, you will also operate our stationary sorting plant and ensure that operations run smoothly
• You will feed material into the crushing and screening plants to produce recycled aggregate in various grain sizes
• You will load and unload building materials such as basalt and limestone aggregate, recycled material, backfill, topsoil, sand, gravel and grit for delivery to customers
• You will assist with manual sorting by removing contaminants from the material
• Where required, you will lend a hand in all areas of the operation
• You will assist with maintenance, upkeep and minor repairs to machinery and plant
• You regularly check vehicles and machinery to ensure they are in good working order and safe to use, and keep work areas clean and tidy

• You have already gained experience in operating wheel loaders and/or excavators
• Experience in the recycling, waste management or construction sectors would be an advantage
• You have good manual skills and a sound understanding of technical matters
• You have a good command of spoken German
• Ideally, you hold a valid Class C/CE lorry driving licence
• You are reliable and a team player
• A valid work permit completes your profile
