• You will be responsible for the independent operation of semi-automatic production lines and for carrying out in-process checks
• You will also be responsible for ensuring quality in accordance with the work instructions applicable to your area of responsibility, in line with ISO/IFS guidelines, GMP and HACCP
• Taking corrective action in the event of deviations in the production process is also part of your remit
• You will be responsible for carrying out product changeovers in accordance with instructions
• You will be responsible for cleaning the equipment, including managing cleaning schedules
• Reporting faults and carrying out minor repairs round off your role

• a completed apprenticeship, e.g. as a confectionery technologist (m/f/d), a food technology machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• ideally, you will have at least 3 years’ solid professional experience in the field of food processing or industrial production
• Absolute discretion and a strong service-oriented approach are second nature to you
• A valid work permit, as well as written and spoken German and a basic knowledge of English, are part of your profile
• You are willing to work a three-shift system
• You are characterised by your own initiative, commitment and a responsible and thorough approach to your work
