• You operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
• You set up and configure the machinery in accordance with specifications
• You monitor and ensure that production runs smoothly
• You carry out quality checks during the production process
• You resolve minor faults yourself and report major problems to your line managers
• You prepare materials and components for production
• You carry out maintenance and cleaning work on the machines
• You document production and machine data

• You’ll stand out if you have some initial experience of working with machinery
• You also have technical understanding and manual dexterity
• You can demonstrate written and spoken German (at least B1) and valid work permits
• you are also willing to work shifts
• You must hold a Class B driving licence and own a car
• The ability to work well in a team and a strong focus on safety and quality are key strengths
• A reliable, meticulous and independent approach to work rounds off your profile
