Machine Operator (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• you will operate and monitor CNC-controlled lathes and machining centres for long and short turning
• You will set up and remove workpieces independently and configure the machines for the respective production order
• Using drawings and production specifications, you will select the appropriate tools and programmes
• You will rectify minor faults on the machines and, in the event of more serious problems, inform the relevant colleagues
• You will ensure a continuous supply of workpieces and materials so that the production process is not interrupted
• You will document production and inspection results in accordance with company guidelines
• You will monitor ongoing production and optimise the machining parameters where necessary
• You keep your workstation clean and ensure the regular maintenance and upkeep of the machines

What we’re looking for

• You have experience in operating machinery
• Knowledge of long and short turning is an advantage
• You have a technical understanding of how to operate CNC machines
• Good German language skills and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• You are characterised by your reliability and sense of responsibility
