• You will assist with operating and monitoring the machines during the production process
• You will inspect and measure workpieces as part of the quality control process
• You will make adjustments to the machine settings or the programme as required
• You will fulfil production orders on time, to the required quality and quantity
• You will also carry out maintenance work on machines and equipment as part of your induction

• You do not necessarily need technical training, but as a career changer (m/f/d) motivation and an interest in further technical training
• You are characterised by manual dexterity and a willingness to learn
• The ability to work as part of a team and a willingness to work shifts come naturally to you
• You hold a valid driving licence and have your own car to get to work, as the workplace is in a rural area and cannot be reached by public transport
• Ideally, you live nearby (e.g. Dörpen, Walchum, Heede, Lehe or Kluse)
• Valid work permits and a good command of German are essential for employment
