• You will operate embossing machines and ensure that production runs smoothly
• Before each job, you will set up the machines and reconfigure them in accordance with specifications
• You continuously monitor the ongoing production process and intervene promptly in the event of any deviations
• You regularly carry out simple quality checks on the manufactured parts
• You carry out minor maintenance and servicing work on the machines independently
• You carefully document production data and the results of quality checks
• You help to ensure the supply of materials to your production line
• Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to process optimisation and help to continuously improve production processes
• You will work closely with related departments such as Quality Assurance and Logistics

• Ideally, you will have completed technical training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), a process mechanic (m/f/d), a cutting-tools mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You are also very welcome to apply as a motivated career changer (m/f/d) with solid professional experience in operating and setting up production machinery, ideally stamping or embossing machines
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity are integral to your skill set
• Working meticulously and with a focus on quality comes naturally to you
• You demonstrate initiative and an interest in process optimisation
• Teamwork and communication skills round off your profile
• You are willing to undertake a 4-week induction abroad
• A basic knowledge of spoken German (minimum level) is required
