• You operate and load the machines reliably during shift work
• You minimise downtime by closely monitoring the production process
• In accordance with specifications, you carefully check the quality of the parts produced
• You identify deviations at an early stage and report them immediately
• You lend a hand with supporting processes to ensure the production process runs smoothly
• You monitor the flow of materials and ensure the machines are adequately stocked
• You resolve minor faults independently or inform the relevant colleagues
• You take personal responsibility for maintaining order and cleanliness at your workstation

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or chemical production specialist (m/f/d)
• You are available to work across three shifts
• You are meticulous and attentive when inspecting the parts produced
• You are reliable and enjoy taking responsibility for ensuring production runs smoothly
• Professional experience in metalworking is an advantage, but not essential
• You should own a car and hold a valid driving licence
• You excel in teamwork and communication when it comes to supporting processes
• You have at least a basic spoken knowledge of German
• A valid work permit is required
