• You will be responsible for operating and monitoring kneading and cutting machines in accordance with the operating instructions and safety regulations
• You will be responsible for setting up the machines in accordance with production requirements and specifications, including adjusting speed, pressure and temperature
• You will be responsible for feeding raw materials into the kneading machine and monitoring the kneading process
• Carrying out maintenance and cleaning work on the machines, as well as separating and portioning the kneaded material in accordance with production requirements, are also part of your remit
• In addition, you will identify and rectify faults or operational issues during the production process
• Adherence to quality standards and the carrying out of quality controls round off your role

• You have at least two years’ relevant training
• Ideally, you have already gained professional experience as a machine operator (m/f/d)
• your interest in technology is a strong point
