• You are responsible for ensuring continuous production in strict compliance with hygiene and occupational safety regulations as well as the process parameters and recipe specifications
• Operating the mixing areas and heating systems is part of your area of responsibility, including monitoring and controlling the systems
• You will independently organise and carry out the acceptance of liquid raw materials
• You will coordinate and allocate tank capacities efficiently, to ensure an optimal flow of raw materials
• in the event of technical and mechanical faults, you actively support troubleshooting and help to minimise downtimes

• you work closely with the quality department to ensure the product quality of all mixing products through continuous monitoring and feedback

• You have several years of professional experience as a machine operator (m/f/d), preferably from the food sector or a large bakery, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in the food industry
• A strong technical understanding and solid basic knowledge of IT (e.g. operation, control and maintenance of machines, data entry or process control) are part of your profile
• You speak German at a basic level and have a valid work permit
