• You operate the waste disposal plant whilst keeping a constant eye on day-to-day operations
• During operation, you monitor the plant and report any anomalies or faults immediately to the relevant department
• You regularly clean and maintain the screening plant to ensure it operates reliably
• You pre-sort various types of commercial waste and separate them by type and in accordance with specifications
• You feed the pre-sorted material into the plant and ensure a consistent flow of material
• You identify and remove contaminants before they can affect the plant
• You maintain order and cleanliness at your workstation and around the plant
• In doing so, you comply with the applicable health and safety and environmental regulations and wear your personal protective equipment
• You carry out the tasks assigned to you as part of your daily routine independently and on your own responsibility

• Ideally, you will have experience as a plant operator (m/f/d)
• You have experience handling commercial waste
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are not put off by dirt or the smell of waste
• You work independently and take responsibility for your own work
• You are characterised by your reliability and attention to detail when handling machinery and plant
• You consistently comply with the applicable health and safety and environmental regulations
• A valid work permit rounds off your profile
