• You will check the production documentation and fill it in carefully
• You will visually inspect the material to be processed for stains and impurities
• You retrieve bars from the storage area, prepare the material and cut it to size using shears
• You load machines that have already been set up and ensure that operations run smoothly
• You monitor the manufacturing process and ensure consistently high quality
• You measure and inspect parts in accordance with inspection plans and work instructions, using tools such as a magnifying glass
• You remove swarf and burrs using hand tools and compressed air
• You carry out the 10 kV test on bellows, drill them on the bench drill and then pack them securely for transport in accordance with work instructions
