Your responsibilities

• you will operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
• you will set up and reconfigure the machinery in accordance with instructions
• you will monitor the production process and ensure smooth operations
• You carry out quality checks during the production process
• You resolve minor faults yourself and report major issues to your line manager
• You prepare materials and components for production
• You carry out maintenance and cleaning work on the machines independently
• You carefully document production and machine data

What we’re looking for

• As a career changer (m/f/d), you are very welcome
• Ideally, you have experience in operating machinery
• A basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is a key attribute
• You demonstrate a willingness to work shifts
• You also have a car to get to the workplace
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• You are reliable, motivated and enjoy working as part of a team
• Independence, flexibility and a proactive approach to work are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
