Machine Operator (m/f/d)

• Permanent role possible after 9 months
• Fixed shift (Mon–Thu 6 am–3 pm, Fri until 1.15 pm)

• You set up the machines in accordance with the relevant production orders and adjust the correct tools
• You read through orders carefully and implement the specifications on the production floor
• You operate slitting and milling machines to process foam blocks and sheets
• During operation, you monitor the machines and intervene in the event of any deviations
• You replenish raw materials, such as foam blocks or sheets, in good time
• Where necessary, you source the required materials and make them available at the workstation
• You check the finished parts, such as upholstery or inserts, for dimensional accuracy and build quality

• You’ll be a strong candidate if you’ve completed a vocational training programme, e.g. as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), but you’re also very welcome to apply if you have experience in milling (water jet)
• You also have experience in operating splitting and milling machines
• You can read work orders
• You are willing to lift heavy goods
• You have a working knowledge of reading and writing in German
• You must also be able to provide valid work permits
