• You operate and monitor the production machinery used to manufacture bricks
• You operate the blast furnaces professionally and keep an eye on the temperatures
• You monitor the production process from raw materials to the finished brick
• You check machine settings and adjust them as required
• You load the machinery with raw materials and ensure a smooth flow of materials
• You remove finished bricks from the machines and stack them correctly
• You check the quality of the bricks produced and sort out any faulty items
• You identify minor faults with the machines and report them immediately
• You keep your work area clean and ensure the machinery is tidy
• You observe health and safety regulations in all your work

• You have the technical understanding required to operate the machinery and blast furnaces
• We require a willingness to work shifts for this role
• You handle the machinery and the production process reliably and carefully
• An eye for quality and detail is important when inspecting the bricks
• You enjoy working as part of a team and clearly communicate any faults or anomalies to your colleagues
• You have a basic spoken knowledge of German
• A valid work permit is required
