• You will be responsible for setting up and starting up the compounding lines to ensure a smooth production process
• You will ensure production meets quality standards through careful quality control and the documentation of production data
• You will be responsible for monitoring production and process flows, as well as independently analysing and rectifying faults
• Ensuring order, cleanliness and compliance with safety standards in the production area round off your role

• You have completed vocational training in an industrial-technical trade or have several years’ experience in a comparable field
• A valid forklift licence would be an advantage for you
• Your strong technical understanding and manual dexterity are assets
• Knowledge of German and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• You are willing to work a three-shift system
• You are a team player, commitment and a sense of responsibility, as well as an independent, structured and reliable approach to your work
