• You will manufacture mechanical components in single-piece and small-batch production on CNC machining centres and CNC lathes in accordance with drawings
• You will work to technical drawings and interpret them accurately
• You will programme Siemens and Heidenhain machine controls and optimise existing programmes
• You set up the machines with all the necessary tools and clamping devices
• You machine components made from alloy steel and non-ferrous materials, selecting the appropriate cutting parameters and tools
• During and after machining, you inspect the finished parts and check their dimensional accuracy using measuring equipment
• You monitor the ongoing production process and take corrective action in the event of deviations
• You complete orders on time and liaise with colleagues and supervisors as required
• You change and check tools and keep your workstation and the machines clean and in good working order

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machining technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or toolmaker (m/f/d)
• You have experience in the machining of mechanical engineering components made from alloy steel and non-ferrous materials
• You have experience in setting up CNC machining centres and CNC lathes with tools and clamping devices
• You have good programming skills for Siemens and Heidenhain CNC controls
• You can read technical drawings confidently and implement them precisely
• You are confident in using measuring equipment to check dimensional accuracy
• You have a good command of written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit
• You work meticulously and reliably, and meet deadlines
• You are a team player and coordinate well with colleagues and line managers as required
