• You plan work steps based on technical documentation and select suitable machining processes, tools and machines
• You set up CNC-controlled machining centres for the manufacturing process and select or create suitable CNC programmes, which you test and adjust on the computer
• You read technical sketches, plans and working drawings with confidence, extract the relevant machining parameters and transfer them to the machine or directly into the control programme
• You clamp workpieces into the machining centre, carry out test runs, monitor the machining process and independently adjust settings as required
• You remove finished workpieces, assess the machining quality (such as dimensional accuracy and surface finish) and carry out reworking where necessary

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machinist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have several years’ professional experience in operating CNC machines
• You are characterised by good analytical skills and the ability to approach complex issues systematically
• You can confidently interpret drawings in 2D and 3D representations
• Proficiency in spoken German and a valid work permit are also assets
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are among your strengths, as is the ability to interact confidently with internal and external contacts
