Independent and autonomous programming and set-up of modern Citizen brand CNC vertical lathes with Mitsubishi-control systems; manufacturing complex turned components from various materials; monitoring and optimising manufacturing processes; carrying out in-process quality checks in accordance with the inspection plan, as well as independently measuring and correcting the manufactured parts; operating multiple machines to ensure optimal production capacity utilisation; regularly carrying out maintenance work on the machines
