• You will be responsible for setting up, operating and monitoring CNC lathes during the ongoing production process
• you will also be responsible for the manufacture of high-quality precision parts in accordance with technical drawings
• you will carry out quality controls by measuring and inspecting the manufactured parts
• You will be responsible for optimising and adapting manufacturing processes on the machines
• It is your responsibility to ensure that production runs smoothly in your work area

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a metalworker (m/f/d), metal fabricator (m/f/d), machining mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you are confident in handling machinery and production processes
• reading and understanding technical drawings comes naturally to you
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to work a two-shift system
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Commitment, reliability, and a proactive and safe approach to work are your hallmarks
