• You will plan the production process, programme and set up CNC grinding machines for the precise machining of workpieces in accordance with technical drawings
• You will manufacture precision components using grinding technology and monitor the production process
• You will independently monitor and optimise CNC programmes to ensure efficiency and quality
• You will carry out regular maintenance and servicing of the CNC grinding machines to ensure their long-term and reliable operation
• You will be responsible for quality control of the work carried out
• You will ensure that assigned work orders are completed on time
• You will coordinate the work with upstream and downstream departments
• You will comply with the relevant regulations and safety provisions

• You have completed a vocational training programme as a machining technician specialising in grinding (m/f/d), CNC grinder (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in a metalworking trade
• several years’ experience in operating CNC grinding machines and associated programming (ideally Fanuc and Micron controls)
• ideally, you have experience using Microsoft Office
• you have a good command of spoken German and hold valid work permits
• you are characterised by a strong technical understanding and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to your work
• You work independently and systematically, and are a team player
• You demonstrate a high degree of diligence, reliability and initiative
