• You will set up, configure and operate CNC-controlled grinding machines or machining centres
• In doing so, you will authorise machines once they have been successfully set up and ensure a smooth start to production
• You will also monitor tools and ensure they are used optimally
• Furthermore, you will carry out quality checks, measuring and inspecting the finished workpieces in accordance with specifications
• last but not least, you will independently analyse faults and ensure they are rectified quickly

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machining technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or in a similar metalworking trade
• you also have practical experience in operating and setting up CNC grinding machines or machining centres
• You are confident in using measuring equipment and carry out quality checks meticulously
• You also have a good technical understanding and can identify and rectify faults independently
• You work independently and reliably, and are willing to work shifts
