Machining Technician specialising in Milling and Turning (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• you will set up and operate Fanuc and Moriseiki CNC machines during production
• You will machine plastics, steel, stainless steel and aluminium professionally in accordance with the respective material requirements
• You will manufacture complex components precisely in accordance with technical drawings
• You will continuously optimise existing machining processes to improve quality and efficiency
• As part of the operator self-inspection process, you will check the manufactured components for dimensional accuracy and quality
• You carry out simple maintenance work on the machines independently
• You read and interpret technical drawings to carry out production orders
• You adjust tools and machine parameters according to the machining stage and material

What we’re looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), cutting-machine operator (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have professional experience with CNC controls as well as conventional lathes or milling machines
• You can read technical drawings and work to them
• A basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is a key strength of yours
• You demonstrate a willingness to work shifts
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as a meticulous approach to your work, are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
