• You will weld steel components and welded assemblies using the MAG process
• You read technical drawings and welding instructions and implement them correctly in production
• You prepare components for welding and align them according to specifications
• You assemble sub-assemblies and tack them together
• After welding, you independently check the finished components for dimensional accuracy and weld seam quality
• Where necessary, you will finish welds and components, for example by grinding or straightening
• You will set up your welding workstation and keep welding equipment and tools in good working order
• You play an active role in optimising production processes
• In your work, you comply with the applicable health and safety and quality requirements

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a metalworker (m/f/d), construction mechanic (m/f/d) or welder (m/f/d) – alternatively, you have several years’ experience in MAG welding
• A verifiable welding qualification, e.g. in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9606-1, would be an advantage
• You can read technical drawings and welding procedures confidently and implement them correctly
• You work meticulously, with a focus on quality and reliability
• You are willing to work a two-shift system (early and late shifts)
• You have a basic knowledge of spoken German (minimum level)
• You hold a valid work permit
