• You will carry out MIG and MAG welding work in accordance with specifications and technical drawings
• You will weld fillet and butt joints in multiple passes, sometimes in constrained positions
• In steel and metal construction, you will undertake tasks in general steel construction as well as in medium-to-heavy-duty projects
• You will primarily work with black structural steel and use FM1 welding consumables
• You will work with sheet thicknesses of up to 60 mm, including preheating of various material grades
• You will carefully inspect, grind and finish the welds
• You will conscientiously check the dimensional accuracy of the finished components

• You have completed an apprenticeship or have practical experience as a welder (m/f/d), a construction fitter (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• with valid welding certificates for the MIG or MAG processes, you’ll make a strong impression
• You have experience with multi-pass welds, challenging welding positions and constrained positions
• You are experienced in working with technical drawings and specifications
• You confidently apply your knowledge of preheating various materials and sheet metal working
• A basic knowledge of German and a valid work permit are an advantage
