• You will weld stainless steel structures using the MAG process, ensuring that you follow the technical drawings precisely
• Before welding, you clean the workpieces and deburr them
• In accordance with the drawings and specifications, you tack the components together and align them precisely
• You carry out a visual inspection of the finished welds to check their quality and dimensional accuracy
• Where necessary, you carry out finishing work such as grinding and smoothing the welds and surfaces to a high standard
• You adjust welding equipment and shielding gases to suit the workpiece and the welding task
• You carry out regular maintenance on the welding equipment and keep it in working order

• Completion of an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d) or construction mechanic (m/f/d) would be an advantage
• You’ll also be a strong candidate as a motivated career changer (m/f/d) with experience in MAG welding, ideally on stainless steel structures
• You can read technical drawings confidently and implement them accurately
• You have experience of working with welding equipment and gases
• You are characterised by a reliable and responsible approach to your work
• You possess manual dexterity and an eye for quality
• Basic spoken German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit is required
