• You will ensure that spare parts and consumables are in stock in the required quantities by the required date
• You will be responsible for the planning of spare parts and consumables
• You will also be responsible for stock management and adjusting the ordering parameters in SAP
• Continuous stock monitoring using SAP and through physical checks on site is part of your remit
• In addition, you are responsible for processing repair returns and for reviewing and approving repair quotations
• You will be responsible for material requirements planning and procurement for plant shutdowns
• Order processing and monitoring in SAP round off your role

• you have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an Office Administration Assistant (m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have already gained some initial professional experience in purchasing, planning or warehouse management
• you are familiar with working in SAP
• You have a good command of English
• You are known for your meticulous and structured approach to work
