• You will plan, manage and oversee maintenance, inspection and repair work on technical installations, building services and equipment, whilst also keeping an eye on costs, quality and deadlines
• you will also deal with faults and breakdowns and monitor health and safety regulations
• you will document orders in the ERP system
• You will also carry out inventory checks on plant and tools subject to inspection
• Furthermore, you will optimise processes in maintenance and asset life-cycle management
• Furthermore, you will liaise with and manage interfaces with internal and external contacts and provide support for site projects, capital expenditure and refurbishment measures
• Last but not least, you will be responsible for spare parts procurement, including planning, quotations, contracts and implementation

• You hold a qualification as a Master Craftsman (m/f/d), Business Administrator (m/f/d) or have completed a technical vocational training programme with relevant work experience
• You also have experience in coordinating external contractors
• Your good command of English will help you get ahead
