• You will be responsible for the technical and managerial leadership of the maintenance team and will independently oversee all technical processes across the entire production area
• You will also be responsible for ensuring high plant availability through proactive inspections and the sustainable optimisation of all maintenance processes
• Furthermore, you will oversee the coordination and supervision of complex maintenance work and manage external service providers and suppliers in accordance with internal guidelines
• Ensuring compliance with and monitoring all safety, environmental and quality standards, including relevant ATEX directives, is also part of your day-to-day responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support the planning and implementation of modern investment projects aimed at the continuous development of our production site in Dormagen
• Furthermore, you will support the introduction of digital maintenance systems and, as a qualified electrician, take on technical responsibility for the electrical systems
• Finally, you will be responsible for your department’s annual budget and will promote the personal development of staff to foster a sustainably positive team culture

• You have successfully completed further training to become a Master Electrician (m/f/d) or an Electrical Technician (m/f/d), building on your vocational training as an Electronics Technician (m/f/d)
• You also have several years’ solid professional experience in technical maintenance within a manufacturing company, as well as initial practical experience in personnel management
• Your sound knowledge of modern IT applications and digital maintenance systems, as well as practical knowledge of PLC controls, test engineering and mechanics
• You have native-level proficiency in spoken and written German, as well as very good English skills to ensure effective communication within an international corporate environment
• Furthermore, you bring a high level of communication skills and solution-oriented thinking, as well as a very strong hands-on approach to your day-to-day work
• Finally, you are assertive and always work in a structured and independent manner, and hold a Class B driving licence and are available on-call
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your specialist expertise, you must also hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
