• You carry out systematic troubleshooting on production plant and rectify electrical and mechanical faults
• You will calibrate and align the sensors on the production lines to ensure the lines run reliably
• You will diagnose faults and malfunctions in the electrical control systems, rectify them and carry out the necessary maintenance
• You will make modifications to PLC control systems, covering both hardware and software (Simatic S7, TIA and visualisation systems)
• You assess the safety of equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• You optimise pneumatic systems and robotics to improve plant availability and process flows
• You carry out regular inspections and preventive maintenance on the plant in accordance with the maintenance schedule
• You document faults, repairs carried out and maintenance work in a traceable manner

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an electronics technician (m/f/d), a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have already gained experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on production lines
• You have knowledge of PLC programming, particularly Simatic S7 and TIA
• You are familiar with visualisation systems
• Basic knowledge of pneumatics and robotics is part of your profile
• You understand electrical diagrams and can work to them
• You have a basic command of written and spoken German
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous and proactive approach to your work are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
