• You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of maintenance and repair work on complex semiconductor technology production systems in compliance with existing safety and quality requirements
• You will also be responsible for the creation, regular updating and timely implementation of maintenance plans in the assigned area of responsibility
• You will be responsible for the independent identification, implementation and documentation of complex faults and measures including spare parts management. spare parts management
• you are responsible for the continuous improvement of system availability
• you provide support in ensuring process stability
• you are responsible for the technical organisation of the machine groups and independent maintenance of the system documentation
• you work together with internal employees and external service partners

• A completed vocational training e.g. as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d), precision mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification with further training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d)
• you have several years of professional experience in maintenance and servicing in the field of semiconductor technology, iideally also in the machining processes WET or CMP
• your understanding of complex interrelationships andanalytical thinking skills speak for you
• German language skills (C-level) and English skills (B-level) as well as a valid work permit are part of your profile
• reliability, ability to work in a team and willingness to learn as well as your open and friendly personality
• you have a service-oriented, organised and responsible way of working
