Management assistant for forwarding and logistics services (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You will plan, process and monitor global land, sea and air freight shipments, taking into account the import requirements of the respective destination country
• You will be responsible for ensuring orders are processed on time and to the required standard, from order confirmation through to delivery to the customer
• You will prepare all necessary documents, such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, preferential documentation and legalisations, and handle customs clearance via the ATLAS system
• You will handle BAFA correspondence independently
• You will be responsible for the processing, handling, administrative support and monitoring of the supply chain for imported goods

What we’re looking for

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or as a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d)
• You have relevant professional experience in international distribution and logistics
• You are familiar with Incoterms, legalisation procedures and certificates of origin
• You are familiar with customs, transport and insurance regulations, as well as the specifics of the transport industry
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English, at least at B2 level
• You are characterised by a strong customer and service focus
