Job description

  • You create a process overview for your organisational unit and ensure that all relevant day-to-day tasks and extraordinary processes are taken into account
  • In addition, you document the individual steps involved in the event - from planning to follow-up
  • You use Word templates, tables and flowcharts, you systematically structure the work processes and ensure that they remain comprehensible and always up-to-date
  • you also save your working documents and integrate logos or graphics into the process presentation as required
  • for practical implementation, you use IT systems such as MS Word and Outlook, to efficiently manage appointments, participants and resources
  • you also take recurring or unusual processes into account in your calendar and workflow and document them conscientiously
  • through your processes, you ensure transparency and efficiency so that every event is reliably planned, implemented and followed up
  • continuously review your existing documentation and optimise it to increase the quality and traceability of your event organisation

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an administrative assistant (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • With your MS Office skills, you organise all processes efficiently
  • You use your English skills to benefit the situation
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills set you apart
  • Commitment, initiative and independent action characterise your working style
  • Your ability to cooperate enables you to shape teamwork in a solution-oriented way
