Job description
- You will proactively support the management in day-to-day operations and ensure that all administrative processes run smoothly through your forward-looking approach
- In addition, you will be responsible for the professional handling of telephone and written enquiries and communicate confidently with internal departments and external cooperation partners
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for the booking and organisation of business trips including travel expense accounting and always maintain an overview when coordinating complex appointments
- Planning, organisation and implementation of internal and external events is also one of your tasks, whereby you ensure a representative setting for all events
- as part of your job, you support the preparation, implementation and sound follow-up of meetings and important committee meetings for complete documentation
- finally, you are responsible for working on exciting projects and digitisation measures by structuring processes, maintaining master data and ensuring communication between project partners
Requirements
- You have a degree in economics, communication or marketing or a commercial apprenticeship as an office management assistant (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in a comparable assistant function at management level, which qualifies you for the demanding tasks in management support
- You have a sound knowledge of the common MS Office applications and an understanding of digital process optimisation and modern project management tools
- Written and spoken German at native speaker level and fluency in English are essential for internal and external communication with all stakeholders
- In addition, you have a high degree of discretion and loyalty as well as strong organisational skills, to act in a structured manner even in turbulent times
- Finally, you are a team-oriented personality and work very independently, whereby your interface competence contributes significantly to successful cooperation with marketing and communication agencies
