Job description

  • You support the management strategically and organisationally, work closely with the management in the planning, organisation and implementation of important topics
  • You handle administration and communication independently by processing internal and external enquiries on behalf of the management
  • In addition, you organise and accompany application processes, take over appointment management, communicate with applicants and prepare onboarding documents
  • For controlling and business support, you prepare the basis for decisions necessary for management and control processes
  • You are also responsible for the management of the company:internally and prepare onboarding documents

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • You are familiar with human resources and show an interest in all HR processes
  • You are confident with numbers and have a good understanding of business contexts
  • Excel, PowerPoint and Word are part of your tools of the trade - you use MS Office routinely at all times
  • You demonstrate organisational skills on a daily basis and your reliability can be relied on
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented work is standard for you
  • As a communicative and open personality, you approach your work with appreciation, open personality, you treat colleagues with respect
