• You will help shape a networked and digital production environment and continuously develop it further
• You will identify opportunities for digitalisation and independently translate them into concrete measures
• You will implement AI-supported solutions to optimise processes and quality
• You will plan, monitor and manage projects in the production environment from concept through to implementation
• You will conduct regular project reviews and draw up the corresponding status reports
• You will monitor project progress and identify risks at an early stage in order to manage them proactively
• You analyse and evaluate relevant key performance indicators to continuously improve processes
• You liaise with various interfaces and specialist departments to drive projects forward successfully

• You have successfully completed a degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable subject
• Ideally, you will already have gained some initial practical experience in project management
• Basic mechanical training, which provides you with a practical understanding of production processes, is an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP is desirable and will help you settle in more easily
• Basic knowledge of AI-supported applications will be to your advantage
• Business-fluent written and spoken English is a strong asset
