• You will be responsible for the accurate preparation and ongoing review of all required time breakdown structures in accordance with the detailed specifications of the individual work packages
• You will also be responsible for independently drafting and developing well-founded investment proposals within your assigned area of responsibility within the company
• You will also oversee the thorough evaluation and decision-making process regarding strategic make-or-buy analyses across all relevant manufacturing processes
• Providing technical advice to the manufacturing department, as well as the careful planning and design of modern test benches, will also form part of your responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will facilitate cross-functional collaboration and close coordination with various internal and external departments
• Furthermore, you will support the active identification, evaluating and driving forward innovative manufacturing technologies to continuously optimise all production processes
• Finally, you will be responsible for ongoing quality control and for reliably ensuring compliance with all technical documentation and standards within the manufacturing department

• You have successfully completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You also have several years’ professional experience in the relevant field, as well as in the design and specification of complex test benches
• Your solid knowledge of SAP (PP/CS) and the fundamental processes of materials planning is a constant asset in your day-to-day work
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English at a business level for technical communication
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high level of quick comprehension as well as strong communication skills for interdisciplinary coordination
• Finally, you are willing to undertake occasional business travel and always work in a structured, goal-oriented and highly conscientious manner across your entire remit
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
