• You will be responsible for the systematic research and analysis of relevant market, sector, product, competitor, business customer and supplier data to support informed decision-making within the company
• You will also be responsible for the ongoing establishment and further development of an internal, security-compliant knowledge and data management system for all departments
• You will also oversee the integration and application of modern AI tools to efficiently automate complex research and analysis processes within daily workflows
• Presenting valuable insights in a user-friendly manner via clear dashboards, reports and battle cards for Sales and Marketing is also part of your role
• As part of your role, you will support the introduction and implementation of a value-based pricing strategy by providing accurate market data and analyses
• Furthermore, you will support the specialist departments through targeted training on how to use the data provided and drive forward process standardisation
• Finally, you will be responsible for the secure management of two separate IT working environments, whilst strictly adhering to all data protection and data security requirements

• You have completed further training to become a Business Administrator (m/f/d) or a Business Economist (m/f/d), as well as a commercial apprenticeship as an Industrial Clerk (m/f/d) or an Office Management Clerk (m/f/d)
• You also have solid professional experience in analysing market data, monitoring the competition or a comparable analytical role in a commercial environment
• Your confident use of common AI tools, spreadsheet software, as well as in systematic data preparation and dashboard creation, are what set you apart
• You have business fluent written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English for international communication
• Furthermore, you possess a high degree of analytical thinking, reliability and a strong enthusiasm for digital innovations and data-driven processes
• You are also a well-organised individual who always works independently, conscientiously and with a strong sense of responsibility towards all specialist departments
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
