• You will be responsible for responding to and handling customer enquiries
• You will manage the loyalty card schemes
• You will also be responsible for data entry
• you’ll use the available data for personalisation so that the marketing team can send tailored offers, vouchers or birthday surprises directly to customers

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office clerk (m/f/d), hold a comparable qualification, or alternatively have relevant professional experience in the field mentioned
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Furthermore, your aptitude for numbers is a strong point
• You are characterised by a meticulous, independent and structured approach to your work
