• You will coordinate and implement regional marketing initiatives for new store openings and refurbishments
• You will independently plan and implement tailored, market-specific advertising initiatives as well as regional campaigns and projects
• You will coordinate a wide range of advertising materials and media channels, such as adverts, social media, out-of-home (OoH), online banners, and print and POS advertising materials, in a holistic manner
• You will advise internal contacts on suitable advertising measures and media
• You will select, purchase and book media
• You will be responsible for liaising with agencies and external service providers
• You will draft briefings that are clear and comprehensive
• You will oversee the subsequent layout implementation and coordinate revision cycles with all parties involved
• You keep track of deadlines, budgets and workflows for your projects and document them carefully

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a Marketing Communications Specialist (m/f/d), Digital and Print Media Specialist (m/f/d) or Office Management Specialist (m/f/d)
• You have already gained experience in coordinating marketing and advertising campaigns
• You are familiar with various advertising materials and media channels such as print, social media, online and out-of-home
• You are confident in liaising and communicating with agencies and external service providers
• You draw up clear briefings and keep an eye on the layout implementation
• You are confident in using standard MS Office applications
• You think in an organised manner and maintain a clear overview even when juggling several projects and deadlines simultaneously
• You are characterised by a structured, independent and meticulous approach to your work
