• You will be responsible for ensuring an optimal product range and brand presence, working in close and ongoing collaboration with the internal Key Account Management team
• You will also be responsible for managing all product listings, as well as comprehensive content maintenance and error rectification in Amazon Seller Central
• You will also oversee the operational management of the entire product onboarding process, with the aim of continuously increasing the online availability rate of products
• Resolving complex product errors in the onboarding process is also part of your remit, whereby you will primarily carry out structured manual correction steps
• As part of your role, you will support the iterative identification of logical sources of error and the development of targeted and sustainable solutions
• Furthermore, you will facilitate smooth communication between specialist departments, internal systems such as ERP or PIM, and external service providers
• Finally, you will be responsible for ticket processing at TradeByte and Amazon, obtaining the necessary certificates, and the final approval of product data

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an E-commerce Business Administrator (m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Specialist (m/f/d)
• You also have several years’ solid professional experience in the field of e-commerce, online marketplaces, as well as in data maintenance and product onboarding
• your solid knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, TradeByte and PIM and ERP systems sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• Your business-fluent written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English, provide the ideal foundation for day-to-day communication with
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of analytical thinking, a solution-oriented approach to work, and strong communication skills when liaising with all internal stakeholders
• Finally, you are an extremely organised and reliable individual with iterative problem-solving skills, and you take great pleasure in detailed, hands-on work
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
