• You will be responsible for the organisational management of the properties under your charge, in accordance with internal guidelines and legal requirements
• You will also act as the point of contact for staff and customers and be responsible for managing the team
• Furthermore, you will oversee the recruitment, induction and rota planning for new staff within your area of responsibility
• Time recording and assisting with the timely processing of payroll are also part of your operational duties
• As part of your role, you will support the month-end closing and invoice preparation, and be responsible for monitoring turnover and costs, including budget monitoring
• Furthermore, you will help to ensure that all staff deployed possess the relevant sector-specific qualifications and receive ongoing training in building services engineering

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering (m/f/d), a qualified HVAC plant mechanic (m/f/d) or a building services technician (m/f/d), as well as further training leading to a Master Craftsman’s qualification in building services (m/f/d) or a technician qualification in technical building services (m/f/d) with
• you have at least 5 years’ relevant professional experience in building services engineering and have held a comparable managerial position for at least 2 years
• your solid knowledge of MS Office and SAP makes you well-suited to tasks in quality management and reporting
• You have native-level written and spoken German for communicating with customers and the team
• Furthermore, you possess a high degree of customer and service orientation as well as strong communication skills
• In addition, you are flexible, hold a Class B driving licence and are willing to work occasionally at weekends
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your professional expertise, you must also hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
