• You will be responsible for the organisational management of the assigned properties and will act as the main point of contact for all affected customers and on-site staff
• You will also be responsible for the careful recruitment and induction of new staff, as well as for drawing up monthly rota schedules in line with requirements
• Furthermore, you will ensure that working hours are recorded accurately and provide valuable support for the timely payroll processing for the entire team
• Operational support with the month-end closing and invoice preparation is also part of your varied daily tasks
• As part of your role, you will support the ongoing monitoring of budgets and take direct responsibility for turnover and costs at the property
• Furthermore, you will help ensure that all trade-specific qualifications required for the tradespeople working on the premises are fully maintained
• Finally, you will be responsible for the reliable implementation of quality, environmental and energy reporting, including the necessary systematic data collection

• You have successfully completed further training to become a Master Craftsman (m/f/d) or Technician (m/f/d) in Building Services Engineering, building on an apprenticeship as a Plant Mechanic (m/f/d) or Electronics Technician (m/f/d)
• you also have more than 5 years’ relevant professional experience in building services engineering, as well as at least 2 years’ management experience in a comparable role
• Your solid knowledge of common IT applications such as MS Office and SAP sets you apart in your day-to-day work within the company
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German to ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders and customers
• Furthermore, you bring a high level of customer and service focus, strong communication skills and a Class B driving licence
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
• Finally, you are available for occasional weekend work and always work independently, in a goal-oriented manner and with a strong hands-on approach
