• You ensure that production runs smoothly, whilst ensuring compliance with quality, deadline, cost and safety requirements
• You manage and optimise production processes and the deployment of staff, machinery and materials on your own initiative
• You will provide technical and disciplinary leadership to your production team and support the professional development of your staff
• You will plan staff deployment and coordinate operations within your shift
• You ensure compliance with quality, labour, health and safety standards
• You analyse production key figures and derive measures for continuous improvement from them
• Together with the relevant departments, you coordinate maintenance and repair measures
• You work closely with Production, Production Planning, Quality Assurance and Maintenance

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship and undertaken further training to become a master craftsman (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have several years’ professional experience in a manufacturing company
• You have one or more years’ management experience in production
• You have experience in production control and process optimisation
• You have a good understanding of health, safety and environmental protection
• You are confident in using MS Office and, ideally, production planning or ERP systems
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You demonstrate a willingness to work shifts
• Strong communication skills, leadership qualities and a solution-oriented approach are key features of your profile
• A valid work permit for Germany completes your profile
