• You will provide professional guidance to around 5 staff members and act as a reliable point of contact for them in their day-to-day work
• You will be responsible for the organisational management of the customer’s mail-order properties assigned to you
• You will receive enquiries from staff and customers, collate them and ensure smooth coordination between all parties involved
• You will recruit new staff and familiarise them with their duties
• You will draw up the rota with foresight and keep it up to date
• You record working hours and provide the necessary data to ensure payroll is processed on time
• You provide support with the month-end closing and invoice preparation
• You are responsible for turnover and costs, whilst keeping a close eye on the budget
• You ensure that the staff deployed possess the qualifications relevant to the sector
• You ensure quality, environmental and energy reporting within your area of responsibility and collect the relevant data for this purpose
• You operate the technical building services in your properties and coordinate maintenance, inspections and fault rectification

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in building services engineering, with further training leading to a Master Craftsman (m/f/d) or Technician (m/f/d) qualification in building services engineering
• You have more than 5 years’ relevant professional experience in building services engineering, including at least 2 years in a comparable managerial role
• You have excellent knowledge of common office applications such as MS Office and SAP
• You have a high level of proficiency in spoken and written German
• You are willing to work at weekends on an occasional basis
• You hold a valid Class B driving licence
• Your strengths include a strong customer and service focus, as well as excellent communication skills
• You live in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
