• You will be responsible for planning, controlling and coordinating electrical production processes in plant construction
• You will organise and monitor orders on schedule, taking capacities into account, resources and quality requirements
• You are responsible for the technical and personnel aspects of the employees deployed in the area of electrical production
• You ensure that all production orders are implemented on time and that work processes and project progress are monitored
• You check and comply with safety regulations and legal requirements in the areas of occupational health and safety and environmental protection
• You ensure cooperation between production, assembly, project management and other departments, assembly, project management and other specialist departments
• You help to optimise production processes, workflows and the use of resources in the field of electrical engineering
• You ensure a high quality of workmanship in electrical production and plant construction

• You have completed technical vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, supplemented by further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d), ideally with reference to plant engineering
• You have several years of professional experience in electrical engineering, plant engineering or electrical assembly
• Good knowledge in the planning, control and monitoring of electrical production or assembly processes characterises you
• Knowledge of the implementation of and compliance with safety, occupational health and safety and environmental regulations
• It is also desirable that you have first or disciplinary experience in the field of electrical engineering, plant engineering or electrical assembly, and environmental regulations
• First or several years of experience in the technical or disciplinary management of employees is also desirable
• You have a basic knowledge of written and spoken German
• Organisational talent and the ability to coordinate work processes efficiently and reliably meet deadlines,
• A high sense of responsibility with regard to quality, safety and efficiency characterises you
