• You will be responsible for coordinating all site operations, whilst reliably ensuring consistent compliance with all high quality standards and health and safety regulations
• You will also be responsible for the independent organisation and professional execution of a wide range of construction projects, including the associated technical documentation and quantity surveys
• Furthermore, you will oversee the professional scheduling of resources as well as the technical and disciplinary management of the entire dedicated installation team on site
• Providing technical support to our existing client base and actively participating in key contract negotiations are also part of your varied daily responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support the precise preparation of detailed quotations and professional cost estimates for upcoming regional infrastructure projects
• Furthermore, you will support the technical implementation of exciting lighting projects such as accent lighting, floodlight systems for sports facilities and modern lighting infrastructures at terminals
• Finally, you will be responsible for projects within a convenient daily commuting radius of approximately 80 kilometres from Uedem, ensuring a reliable daily journey home

• You have successfully completed further training to become a Master Electrician (m/f/d) following an apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician (m/f/d), electrical fitter (m/f/d) or electrician (m/f/d)
• you also have practical experience in coordinating construction projects, site management and supervising commercial installation staff on site
• Your solid knowledge of standard MS Office applications, as well as a Class B driving licence, make you well-suited for this varied role
• You have a business-fluent command of written and spoken German to ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders and customers
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of independence, strong communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and strong interpersonal skills for your day-to-day work with
• Finally, you have strong organisational skills and always work in a solution-oriented, structured and responsible manner when implementing challenging lighting projects within the regional daily operational area
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
