• As part of your managerial responsibilities, you will take charge of the technical and organisational management of your assigned on-site workshop team
• You will be responsible for accepting orders independently using modern software, as well as providing expert advice to all our valued customers on site
• You will also be responsible for the careful coordination of all workshop appointments and the scheduling of technicians
• Furthermore, you will actively support the workshop team in supervising and providing technical guidance to the technicians carrying out the work
• Drawing up cost estimates and overseeing all repair work are also part of your core responsibilities
• Furthermore, you will accurately assess all incoming workshop orders and reliably prepare them for invoicing
• Finally, you will process warranty and goodwill claims, as well as incoming customer complaints, always in a solution-oriented and structured manner as part of your day-to-day work

• You have completed further training to become a Master Motor Vehicle Technician (m/f/d) following an apprenticeship as a Motor Vehicle Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d) or Motor Vehicle Mechanic (m/f/d)
• You also have solid practical professional experience in the field of commercial vehicle technology, as well as a Class CE driving licence
• Furthermore, you possess very good and practical IT skills in using modern workshop software and standard software
• You have good to very good written and spoken German skills to ensure confident communication with customers
• You also bring a high level of leadership skills, assertiveness, strong teamwork skills and reliability to your day-to-day work
• Furthermore, you are characterised by a strong service-oriented approach, a confident manner, as well as strong teamwork skills and reliability
• To take up this position, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
