• You will take customer orders using modern hardware and software and record them accurately
• You will conduct professional consultations with customers independently and with a focus on customer service
• You will coordinate appointments between the workshop and customers and ensure that everything runs smoothly
• You will be responsible for the daily scheduling and supervision of workshop mechanics
• You will draw up cost estimates and provide technical support during vehicle repairs
• You assess workshop orders and prepare them for invoicing
• You handle warranty and goodwill claims, as well as customer complaints, reliably and with a focus on finding solutions
• You will check completed repair and maintenance work for quality and completeness
• You will provide expert support to customers and mechanics with technical enquiries

• You have completed your training as a Master Motor Mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have practical experience in the field of commercial vehicle technology
• You have sound IT skills and are confident using modern hardware and software
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You hold a Class CE driving licence
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a strong focus on service and customer care are among your strengths
• You live in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit
