• You will be responsible for the professional control and safe operation of modern handling and magnetic excavators in the thirty-tonne class
• In addition, you will be responsible for loading and unloading wagons, containers and incoming transport lorries
• Furthermore, you will be in charge of professional sorting, separation and shredding of recycling materials and various types of scrap metal
• You will also be responsible for independently carrying out minor care and maintenance work on the assigned vehicles
• As part of your role, you will support the loading of scrap metal in strict compliance with all specified sorting guidelines
• In addition, you will support the workshop with any ancillary services required and carry out any necessary clean-up work independently

• You have completed training as a construction equipment operator (m/f/d), civil engineering technician (m/f/d) or processing mechanic (m/f/d)
• you also have several years of practical experience in handling and operating heavy material handlers
• you have a valid excavator licence as well as a forklift licence and a class B driving licence
• you have a good to very good command of written and spoken German for your everyday work
• you also have a high level of reliability, ability to work in a team and a high level of commitment
