• You will be responsible for maintaining master data for warehouse management
• This includes creating, amending and deleting SAP material master data
• You will also be responsible for checking SAP material master data for accuracy, currency and duplicate entries
• You will also be responsible for checking goods accompanying documents and recording goods receipts in SAP
• Last but not least, you will be responsible for processing emails in the team’s organisational inbox and ensuring they are filed in an organised manner

• You have successfully completed a technical or commercial vocational training programme
• Initial work experience and a basic understanding of the Bundeswehr’s central logistics are also an advantage
• You have knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA (MM and, ideally, EWM modules) and are confident using MS Office applications
• Very good written and spoken German is also an asset and is essential for this role
• Furthermore, you are willing to undergo a security clearance check and can provide a police certificate with no entries
